All Vuzz pieces are made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse — please choose carefully. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email supportvuzz@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Because every piece is printed on demand, please allow the full production and delivery window shown in our Shipping Policy before reporting a delayed order.
